The holidays are coming, and some of you haven't received your awards yet. We had a bad start because the merger of three associations did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, and with three associations, we were overwhelmed with all the submissions. The entire office staff is working on the awards, and we hope to be caught up by the end of January.
