It shall be the object and purpose of the NCAUSBCA to:
- Promote the game of American Tenpins with the help, guidance, and direction of the United States Bowling Congress.
- Unite the members, teams and leagues in its jurisdiction.
- Encourage sportsmanship and fair play.
- Enforce the playing rules.
- Encourage the creation and development of events for amateurs.
- Foster programs to increase bowling skills among its members.
