Roger Dalkin, executive director of the American Bowling Congress, is scheduled to attend the 60th annual NCABA Council of Delegates Meeting on February 29 and will most likely speak on the new Plan of Merger of the ABC, WIBC, YABA, and USA Bowling. Each league has an elected delegate that should attend and learn as much as possible about the merger.
There are still plenty of prime spots left for the NCABA Championship Tournament. There may be some delay getting the confirmations back to you because of the move, so please be patient.
