Chris Berman, ESPN’s popular anchorman, has gained international fame through his play on words with names of sports personalities. They affectionately are termed "Bermanisms."
This year’s PBA National Championship in Toledo, Ohio, featuring one of the largest entries on the PBA calendar, afforded me an opportunity to compile my periodical version of Mr. Berman’s clever creation. They are chosen exclusively from names of bowlers on the PBA Tour.
